Colleges and Universities are Wooing Students with Discounted Tuition.

Colleges and universities are discounting tuition to encourage students who cannot

afford school or are unwilling to pay tuition at the current cost.  

Colleges and universities have off set the price by forms of institutional grants and scholarships.  Private institutions are slightly at a higher discount, about 48% at Rice University, the cost at Rice University is $38,941 with the discount a student might pay $18,691 when the average discount is applied.  You have nothing to loose by checking out the site and seeing if any of the schools fit your needs.  College Board data is where you would look for the discounted colleges and universities let me know what you think of the site…
